Travel & Accommodations
Issuers are responsible for arranging their own flights to London and hotel accommodations upon arrival. Representatives should plan to arrive no later than Sunday, October 18, 2026. We are in the final stages of confirming the venue and will share a list of preferred hotels nearby shortly.
Issuer Onboarding Details
The UK government requires Advance Passenger Information (API) for anyone traveling to/from the UK. This information is necessary to complete the Eurostar booking from London to Paris. Please complete the information below exactly as it appears in your travel document by Friday, October 3.
