From critical minerals and direct energy production to American farmland, tangible assets have moved from the margins of institutional portfolios to the center of a much larger conversation. AI infrastructure is straining power grids and competing for farmland, geopolitical instability is redrawing commodity supply chains, and investors are increasingly questioning whether traditional financial markets can provide the insulation they once promised. For a growing number of allocators, the answer lies in real assets, and there are only a small number of firms that have spent decades learning how to operate them.
On May 27th, Amvest Capital, Five States Energy Capital, and Homestead Capital are hosting a panel discussion in New York City that brings together three of those practitioners. The conversation will cover what resource sovereignty looks like across different corners of the real assets market, how each firm generates income and long-term value independent of public-market volatility, and where the most compelling opportunities lie today. The discussion will feature panelists:
David Chan, Head of Investor Relations, Homestead Capital
John Kiser, President & CEO, Five States Energy
Stuart Macliver, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Amvest Capital
Rajeev Shah, Advisor at Cooper Family Office, will moderate the conversation. A networking reception follows the panel. Seating is limited, so reserve your spot by registering below while it lasts.
