Alphamin Resources Corp. (TSX-V: AFM, JSE AltX: APH, OTC: AFMJF) is a low-cost tin concentrate producer with a track record of resource and production growth. The Bisie tin mine is located in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Mpama North is the cornerstone with a steady 12,500 tpa tin. Tin concentrate production from the new Mpama South plant is imminent, with the first ore having been successfully introduced on April 28, 2024 - increasing the share of the world’s mined tin from 4.3% to 6.5%. The final plant commissioning phase is now underway and should see a ramp-up in tin concentrate production during May 2024. The underground mine is ready to feed the plant at targeted rates. Alphamin is anticipated to increase production to ~20,000 tpa tin. Meanwhile, there is a robust exploration drilling program.
