Borealis Mining Company Ltd. (TSX-V: BOGO) is host to an operational-ready gold mine in Nevada, the world’s top-rated mining jurisdiction as ranked by the Fraser Institute. The project has produced over 600,000 oz of gold historically through conventional heap leaching and contains a significant endowment of unmined gold mineralization. In addition to the expansion potential at the known historical resources, the project is genuinely underexplored. It has significant potential for new gold discoveries across the large 21-square-mile land package. Borealis intends to mine gold from its existing deposits, aggressively explore the fertile geology across the Borealis land package, and look for additional gold assets in Nevada that could utilize Borealis’ existing processing plant and infrastructure to minimize capital expenditures.

Borealis Mining aims to be Nevada’s newest mid-tier mining company, growing by both the drill bit and potential acquisitions. Borealis intends to resume mining at the Borealis Mine and utilize our existing infrastructure to eventually implement a hub-and-spoke model with the goal of producing greater than 100k oz per annum.
