In Australia, TEE holds multiple oil and gas exploration permits on the northern flank of the Beetaloo Sub‑basin, immediately north of Tamboran’s EP 98, where record 30‑day flow rates comparable to leading U.S. shale plays have recently been reported. These permits are strategically located adjacent to the Amadeus and Northern Gas Pipelines, offering future market access. A recent strategic and technical review sharpened the Company’s focus on the Northern Beetaloo and South Nicholson Basin to benefit from the area’s transition from appraisal to development and production.
